Melissa was born and raised in Billings and is extremely proud to be a 4th generation Montanan and share her love of this state with the many that choose to relocate here. Melissa first moved to Bozeman in 1990 to attend Montana State University, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. Melissa and her husband, Dave, have been small business owners in Bozeman since 1998 and are fortunate to have raised their two teenage children in the beautiful Gallatin Valley. Abby is currently attending MSU and Gage is a Junior at Bozeman High.
In addition to being a small business owner, Melissa has several years of experience in the investment industry which prepared her well for a future real estate career. She is dedicated to her clients needs and always strives to provide them the highest level of customer service with an emphasis on attention to detail, integrity, honesty and especially great communication. She also prides herself on skillful negotiation and expert knowledge of the local real estate market.
Melissa works with both buyers and sellers in her real estate business, specializing in residential properties. Whether a first time home buyer, seasoned investor, or a buyer looking to purchase a second home in our beautiful area, Melissa employ her Montana work ethic to find the right property and make the real estate purchase process as seamless as possible. When assisting her clients in selling their home, she exacts pricing and creates a thorough marketing and follow-through plan to get the home sold in the most efficient timeframe possible.
Melissa is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society, placing her in the top 15% of the Berkshire Hathaway network and has earned USAA Real Estate Rewards Network relocation and referral certification status. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Montana Association of REALTORS®, and the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends skiing, mountain biking, tennis, hiking and fishing, cheering on her son in Legion baseball and attending MSU Bobcat football games.
